All the women listed on our site were personally interviewed with an exclusive profile listed on our site. Each photo and corresponding profile is copyright by our agency. You will not see the same photos or profiles listed with another agency. Please contact us if you notice a violation of this legal copyright, you will be compensated for your efforts.

Every woman listed on our website completed an application specifically to be listed with our agency. We offer you the chance to correspond with these women. You will not be competing with men writing the same woman from several other agencies.

Direct comminication with women

Have you noticed that with many other agencies, the same women (even the same photos) are listed?

Ukraine Bride provides you the woman's personal e-mail account or her home address. Unlike many other marriage agencies, you send your email/letter directly to the woman. You should be concerned when you must mail your letter to an agency's overseas affiliate office. This is a common practice among small local agencies. Companies that have you send your letters to their affiliate office often do not tell the woman that your letter has arrived. Not delivering the letters to woman can be a common practice. The small overseas affiliate offices are afraid to loose woman and reduce their database. If the woman is told about your letter, she would need to pick up your letter at the local agencies office. To supply their databases, many well-known services contract with these local agencies. Because they contract with the local agencies, you notice repetition of many women among their websites.

Use our service and avoid the risk of wasting time and money when some other agencies do not forward your correspondence and the woman never receives your letter - it happens more often that it should!

Remember, we do not exchange profiles with other agencies or list women from affiliates.

Ukraine Bride will send via your e-mail, her email (or home) address within 30 minutes of your purchase.

Directly e-mailing her personal contact has advantages and disadvantages.

Advantage: you are communicating directly with her. Disadvantage: she may only check her personal e-mail account every week or so. You may send a large file or incorrect graphics (e.g. .jpeg, .gif, .tiff) and she is unable to view it.

If you would like us to assist you in communicating with any woman in our agency, you must first purchase the woman's address. The exception for separately purchasing the woman's address applies to our Executive Search service.

Quality of service

We provide the "industry standard" for service. Try us and see how we work to ensure your satisfaction. We guarantee that all women are "current" and available. If she is no longer interested in meeting a man, we will remove her from the database and replace her contact information with another woman's. In the event that a letter is returned as "undeliverable" - we will replace it with a free address.

If an e-mail is returned as "undeliverable" - you can choose a free e-mail replacement or free addresses. See FAQ for suggestions for successfully sending your e-mail directly to her personal e-mail account. If she has a personal e-mail listed in her profile, you do NOT send it to our office - she receives it directly from you. Ukraine Bride does NOT hire translators to "prospect" for clients or answer women's email.

Meeting woman

You are not allowed to make meeting arrangements with the woman prior to the scheduled meeting arranged by our office. Meetings are arranged by our office for a fee.

Once you meet the women in person you can exchange all data and then make other meetings with her for free.

All meetings will begin at our office, unless other arrangements are made in advance. The meeting room at the office is available for clients that prefer to remain at the office.

No meeting can be arranged via email/video or phone conversations without the consent of the office. Postal addresses or tephone numbers can be obtained only during your personal meetings with the woman.

Once you meet the woman in person, you make request from her any information you wish. However if she refuses to provide the information to you we can not give it to you.

Your first meeting is facilitated by a Ukraine Bride interpreter. We require one of our interpreters be present during the first meeting. We do not charge to arrange a second meeting with the woman.

Realize that most women do not have a home computer. She will have to go to the internet cafe to check her messages. You should expect her to visit the internet cafe between every 3 and 14 days. How often she visits the local internet cafe depends on the cafes location and her personal daily schedule. Therefore, you should be patient that she may not give you an immediate response. I am always amazed when some competitors have their "woman" reply every day; this is NOT practical and would make me doubtful that this is "real". On my last visit, I lived in Ukraine for 6 months and I am confident in my observation of daily life. People do not generally visit the internet cafe each day.

E-mail and Internet issues when communicating with a woman

Because the internet cafes have slower connections speed, limit your photo to be less than ~45Kb. This suggested limit of 45Kb allows it to be practical for her to view your picture. Also, her personal e-mail account may have a mailbox limit of 2Mb and your email may be returned if it exceeds her quota. One good quality photo (less than ~45Kb) is better than many larger photos that take greater than 5 minutes to load. She will not be able (or willing) to wait for these photos to load. Trim the photo to be of you, not of the surrounding sky and other background.

When you e-mail her, one shorter letter and smaller graphics photo is more effective than repeatedly emailing her - she may need to translate and compose a letter at home before responding to your original letter. Please do not "annoy" her with impulsive requests for a response. It is her personal choice if she wants to correspond with you. Be patient, respectful and thoughtful to improve your success with a special woman. Also note, a short e-mail from her is encouraging.

It is likely that her e-mail to you will be short (unless it was sent from another agency with "pre-formed responses"). Consider, would you have the time, patience and skill to write a long email (in a foreign language) while sitting in an internet cafe? We have services to facilitate the communication between you and her.

Anti-scam policy

Again, do NOT send money if any woman asks you to send money. If you want to help someone, that is very different than being asked to do so. Let us know if any woman asks you for money - she will be deleted from our agency. Scams can occur if you are not alert. We are sensitive to this danger of scammers and "limit the probability that we list such women". We will delete her from our agency if we find that any woman does not adhere to our standards of "sincerely looking for a partner in life" - we have zero tolerance for "scammers". To date, not one woman has had to removed from our agency because she asked a man for money. We have photos and profiles of many beautiful woman that applied to be listed with us but they were not (and will never be) posted with us.
