   Hello Frank,
  
   I wanted to write and thank you for all your help on my latest trip to Odessa. Yet again, I didn't allow myself enough time, but with your help I made the absolute best use of what little time I had.
  
   Before my trip, I purchased a few postal addresses to at least send a letter of introduction and photos to a few ladies I was interested in. Every lady I wrote received my letter, which tells me you keep your database up to date. The ladies enjoyed receiving the letter, and they felt very comfortable meeting me for the first time.
  
   I met many ladies on this trip, and made use of your translators extensively. The office staff and translators were a great help to me. They kept my appointments on track, following up with the ladies to make sure they would show up on time for meetings. With this extra follow up, nearly every meeting took place as scheduled. They also did a fine job of translating, even on a long days with my ambitious schedule. In fact, some of my best meetings were near the end of a long day, so I was glad to have such an energetic translator.
