   I am home safely and already back in the office routine after only 2 days.
  
   Firstly I want to thank you for making my trip to Odessa an unforgettable experience. From planning stages through to departure everything was well organized and executed. Your website under promised and you over delivered - well done. This level of service is much appreciated.
  
   Secondly, Juliya and I have managed to establish both email and sms contact with each other. I can see she is pretty frustrated by the English language communication but I think it is kind of cute. Please let me know the outcome of the conversation between you and Juliya as per our discussion in your offices prior to my departure.
