Terms and conditions:

The guest guarantees booking by the credit card. After the credit card authorization is received, the apartment is reserved for you.

After payment and confirmation, we guarantee the apartment.

If you order an apartment but it is not available for your reservation dates, you notified shortly after completing the payment process.  You will be suggested to choose another one from the list of available apartments.  This list will include available apartments of the same (or better quality) for the same price as the original unit.

Payment for a full stay is charged to your credit card account at the time of reservation. This amount is refundable according to the cancellation policy above.

We issue the confirmation of payment and the subsequent reservation voucher via email. This confirmation is not valid for visa purposes.  If you need visa voucher/support, please email us with this request.  A visa is not needed for US Passport holders (and some other countries).

Key Replacement: In the event that the key is lost, the client will be charged $45 for changing the lock to the apartment.

Check-in / Check-out policy: Check-in time is after 2:00 PM and check-out time is noon (12:00 PM).  Early check-in & late check-out is an additional 50% of one night's stay and only if the apartment is vacant.  This fee is payable in cash at time of check-in / check-out.
