   First, I want to say how great I think it is that you are so personally involved with your clients. I've been researching different agencies for several months trying to decide which is the right one, and you have definitely impressed me.
  
   It would be impossible to talk with someone that has direct contact with the ladies at most agencies. I'm glad to see that you are so involved personally.
